GameGune has announced that Portugal will once again hold a qualifier for the Spanish tournament.
The qualifying process will kick off with several pre-qualifiers being held across the country to determined which teams will reach the national finals.
These qualified teams will then join the three invited names by the organisation - k1ck, exotic and Phantoms, the trio having attended GameGune in Bilbao last year.
The Portuguese GameGune qualifier will take place from 10-11 July at the CJM LAN house in Matosinhos, less than two weeks before the Spanish event.
Only the winner from the qualifier will secure paid expenses to GameGune 2010, with the teams that place second and third likely to receive a tournament spot.
